If you join the interest list, we store your name, email address, country and—if supplied—your car. We use this information only to manage interest in RevToSummit Community Drives, develop the concept and contact you about relevant updates. The legal basis is your consent.

Interest-list data is kept for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant update, unless you withdraw consent earlier or a longer period is legally required. Technical providers may process data only as needed to host the website, database and email service. Formspree receives the submitted form data to deliver the email notification.

Essential hosting and security systems may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and server logs. With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, interactions, device and browser information and approximate location derived from the IP address. Analytics is disabled until you accept it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookies button. RevToSummit does not use advertising cookies.

The website links to YouTube and Instagram but does not embed their tracking players or feeds. Their own privacy and cookie rules apply after you open those external services.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent or object where applicable. Email hello@revtosummit.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
